Membership Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1-Download the Excel file of the membership form from the following link<\/p>\n

2- Fill the Excel file of the membership form and save it on your personal computer<\/p>\n

3- Submit the filled form (along with the scan of your last academic certificate and your national ID card or passport inserted in the same Excel file) using the provided area at the bottom of this page<\/p>\n

4- Check the membership request by ISEMD<\/p>\n

5- The applicant is informed by receiving an email from ISEMD containing the outcome of the membership request<\/p>\n

6- In case if the request is approved by ISEMD, the applicant needs to pay the membership fees and send the payment document to the email: isemd@saba.kntu.ac.ir<\/p>\n
